Apple Mac repairs
We offer a range of repair services for Mac. Unlike third-party repairs this service uses genuine Apple parts and does not affect any remaining warranty or guarantee on the device. Terms and conditions apply.

How long will my Mac repair take?
Most repairs are completed in 5 - 7 working days. These are approximate time frames; we aim to complete your repair in the timeliest manner possible. There are some exceptions.
Inspection fee
On Mac repairs we charge a €49 inspection fee. This covers our initial inspection, diagnosis and troubleshooting service, carried out by our Apple certified engineers. The €49 can be used within 14 days to go towards the upgrade of a new Mac. The inspection fee is otherwise non-refundable.
Labour charge
A labour fee is applicable to any out of warranty repair, this includes repairs originally classed as in-warranty but where later found to have evidence of accidental or physical damage.
Warranty on repairs
All repairs from Select come with a 90-day warranty on the repair or are covered by the remainder of any existing warranty or guarantee, whichever is longer.
Vintage status
Please be aware that as an Apple Authorized Service Provider, Select cannot carry out any repairs on devices that Apple deem to be vintage status, as this means that Apple has discontinued the hardware service for these devices.

Back up your data
Please make sure you have a back-up of your data before your device is handed in for repair. Depending on the service required, data and applications stored on the device will be erased or the device may be replaced. To extent where applicable by law, Select is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any data or consequential loss which may occur as a result of the services we provide.
